answers to common questions

  • How does the beverage credit work?: When you sign up you’ll receive a QR code that you can add to your digital wallet, or save to your phone. This card is reloaded each month to your membership value.

  • If I don’t use all of my beverage credit what happens?: The beverage credit resets each month and does not roll-over

  • How do I cancel my membership?: Easily. Just let us know you’d like to cancel. Upon cancellation the beverage credit expires. There are no refunds of any kind.

  • Where should I park?: Street parking is usually available within 1 block of the entrance. There is a parking structure at 1020 Baltimore that is $10/day.

  • What does “Access to Noir Events” mean? We’re a venue company, and events is in our blood. We love trying new popup concepts and partnering with unique businesses. Typical Events are going to be your standard holidays, Special dinners, Cocktail Tastings and any other reason we feel like throwing a party.

  • Noir is a venue? What does that mean?: Yes, Noir was actually designed to be an event venue for rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and celebrations with guest list of 25-100 people.

  • What’s the complimentary Membership Anniversary Party?: On your 1-year membership anniversary for certain tiers, you’ll get receive a complimentary 4-hr exclusive access to Noir for you and your guests to celebrate whatever you’d like.

  • Can I bring food?: You may have food catered in for private rentals of Noir. For celebrations, small cakes/desserts are acceptable.

  • What does Day-Time Access mean?: Certain qualifying tiers are granted access to Noir Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm to use as a Third Space; the place between home and work where you can host a small out-of-office meeting, find a quiet/comfortable place to do some deep work, or unwind for a few with a book.
